CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION AGREEMENT:
I hereby authorize Aloha Villa Dominical to charge my Credit Card, E-Check or Bank Debit Card for the reservation booking which will be completed though Pay Pal. I understand that all reservations are subject to the following terms and conditions:

Terms & Conditions:
Aloha Villa Dominical AKA Aloha Villa Dominical Pura Vida, requires a 60 day cancellation notice for holiday reservations and 45-day cancellation notice for non-holiday, in order to receive a refund. December 15th through the first week of January is considered a holiday reservation. Also the following dates are considered holiday reservations 1/10/09 to 1/20/09, 2/14/09 to 2/24/09, 5/20/09 to 5/30/09, 6/28/09 to 7/8/09, 11/18/08 to 11/28/08, 12/15/08 to 12/27/08, 12/27/08 to 1/8/09. There is a 18% cancellation fee for all cancellations. Reservation refunds will be returned within 45 days. If this reservation is made within 45-days of arrival (60-days for holiday reservations), it is a non-cancelable reservation.

Acceptance of these terms and conditions constitutes a binding contractual Rental Agreement. By making this online reservation you acknowledge that payment in full is due upon completing the reservation. In the event Aloha Villa Dominical AKA Aloha Villa Dominical Pura Vida has not received payment in full within seven days of this online reservation, the reservation will be void. All cancellations must be in writing and emailed to reservations@alohavilladominical.com. Upon receipt of your cancellation request you will receive a written notification of acceptance. By accepting these terms and conditions you further acknowledge that should you for any reason not turn up for your reservation and your reservation is not used, you will still be charged in full for the time reserved, and a refund will not be granted. Should you need to cancel this reservation within the 60 day period for holiday reservations or 45 day period for non holiday reservations that do not qualify for a refund, Aloha Villa Dominical AKA Aloha Villa Dominical Pura Vida offers a Raincheck Program. The reservation can be exchanged for other dates provided those dates are available. There are no refunds available on reservations that qualify for our Raincheck Program. With my acceptance of the terms and conditions. I also acknowledge that if I do not show up for my reservation I will still be charged in full and not get a refund.

eCheck Policy:
In addition to the above terms and conditions, payments made by eCheck are subject to the following additional terms. There is an official seven day clearing period prior to finalizing your reservation to ensure that your eCheck does indeed clear your bank. Even though you have received a reservation confirmation number, this reservation is still pending the clearance of your check. Once your eCheck payment has cleared, you will receive an official Reservation Confirmation via email, as well as addition details and instructions for your arrival and check-in at our rental management office in Dominical, Costa Rica.

Check-in Policy:
Due to the varied nature of international flights to Costa Rica, there is no fixed Check-In time for our Villa. Check-In times are flexible and arrangements are made directly with our Management Company in Dominical. Once you have received your Reservation Confirmation you may contact our management directly to make specific Check-In arrangements.

Check-out Policy:
Check-Out time is 11:00 AM. Special arrangements can be made for later Check-Outs, provided there is no conflict with back to back Check-In.

Additional Fees:
Due to Costa Rican labor laws, there is a flat rate surcharge fee of $150 for Sunday Check-Ins and Check Outs. There is 13% Tax in Costa Rica. Rental Charge is based on the original number of guests and the original number of nights booked into the property. There is no refund for fewer guests or nights.

The Raincheck Program terms and conditions are as follows, if you would like to take advantage of the Raincheck Program and your reservations are from the Low Season (Green Season) and you choose dates that are in High Season (Dry Season) and those dates are available, you agree to pay the difference for the new reservations from Low Season (Green Season) to High Season (Dry Season).
The same terms and conditions for the Raincheck Program are also applicable for exchanging dates that you have booked from Low Season (Green Season) and or High Season (Dry Season) and you would like to choose dates that are in any holiday date period that are listed above. You also agree to pay the difference for the new reservations from Low Season (Green Season) and or High Season (Dry Season) in any holiday date period that are listed above.

Minimum Night Stays:
There is a minimum of 4 night stay for Aloha Villa Dominical. For Holiday Reservations we ask for Reservations by the Week. Please note that online bookings will be canceled if the minimum stay requirements are not met.

Security/Cleaning Deposit:
A security/cleaning deposit is required at Aloha Villa Dominical AKA Aloha Villa Dominical Pura Vida. The deposit will be refunded within 45 days of departure provided that the property was left in reasonable condition as outlined in the Security Deposit Agreement, which must be signed upon Check-In. The Credit Card Holder that signs the Security Deposit Agreement and their guests are 100% responsible for any damage to the property. Aloha Villa Dominical AKA Aloha Villa Dominical Pura Vida is rented with the understanding that you will leave the villa at check out in the same condition as when you checked in. Aloha Villa Dominical AKA Aloha Villa Dominical Pura Vida will not charge for normal cleaning. If Aloha Villa Dominical AKA Aloha Villa Dominical Pura Vida needs extra cleaning due to the property not being left in satisfactory condition, then an extra amount will be deducted from the security/cleaning deposit. All charges are outlined in the Security Deposit Requirement Agreement signed upon Check In. You will not be able to receive keys to Aloha Villa Dominical AKA Aloha Villa Dominical Pura Vida unless accept and sign the Security Deposit Form. This is for your protection and understanding.
Pets are welcome in our villa with an addition fee of $30.00 per night, per pet. Undisclosed pets will cause a full forfeiture of your security/cleaning deposit. Any check returned unpaid by the bank will result in NSF charge of 3 times the amount of the written check with a minimum fee of $150.00. Aloha Villa Dominical AKA Aloha Villa Dominical Pura Vida is privately owned and Aloha Villa Dominical AKA Aloha Villa Dominical Pura Vida and Management reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Aloha Villa Dominical AKA Aloha Villa Dominical Pura Vida has maximum occupancy of 8 people. You must register how many guests will be occupying the property at check in. Undisclosed guests will result in eviction with no refund and complete forfeiture of your security/cleaning deposit. Guest disturbing the quiet of others will be evicted with no refund due. Aloha Villa Dominical AKA Aloha Villa Dominical Pura Vida and Management will not be responsible for accidents, injuries, and loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.

Advisories:
Due to the tropical nature of the location of our villa, we can not be responsible for electrical outages that may occur during your stay.
Aloha Villa Dominical Pura Vida is privately owned and Aloha Villa Dominical Pura Vida and Management reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Aloha Villa Dominical Pura Vida has maximum occupancy of 8 people. You must register how many guests will be occupying the property at check in. Undisclosed guests will result in eviction with no refund and complete forfeiture of your security/cleaning deposit. Guest disturbing the quiet of others will be evicted with no refund due. Aloha Villa Dominical Pura Vida and Management will not be responsible for accidents, injuries, and loss of money, jewelry or valuables of any kind.
