What better setting to release stress than the in the Rainforest in Costa Rica. Our retreat will be at beautiful Aloha Villa Dominical overlooking the ocean in southern coast of Costa Rica!!!

Aloha Villa Dominical is located in the rainforest jungle hillside overlooking the ocean, just south of Dominical, Costa Rica. This will be your home for journey into the study of ancient Taoist Energy Cultivation Practices.

During this retreat you will learn basic Taoist Energy Anatomy. Through the study of the Inner Smile and 6 Healing Sounds Meditation you will learn to release negative emotions to make room for the positive to grow. You will learn grounding and rooting with Iron Shirt Chi Gung.

You will also learn Chi Nei Tsang- Chinese Abdominal Massage- an internal organs chi massage that detoxifies and tones the digestive organs. You will learn a basic treatment you can use on family and friends.

Itinerary:

August 19th
A.M. arrive in San Jose, Check into Big Mike’s for a gourmet dinner and live entertainment on the patio. We will also take this time to schedule any massages or treatments desired.

August 20th
Shuttle to Aloha Villa Dominical and settle to sleeping quarters. Dinner in evening.

August 21st

6:00 am Drive to base camp at Diamante Verde Spiritual Sanctuary. Hike to Cave Sanctuary for special New Moon Meditation. Lunch in Cave and relax before heading down the mountain before dark.

What a Blessing we have to begin this retreat on a New Moon! A perfect time to begin new rituals in self care, and what better place to orientate yourself to a new practice than the beautiful Aloha Villa Dominical.

We’ll begin the week long journey into Taoist Female Sexual Energy Cultivation with a New Moon Ritual, so bring something to decorate the collective alter space!

We will begin our studies with basic meditations and chi-gung to open energy channels and a look at Taoist Energy Anatomy.

You will learn to use Ovarian Breathing to channel ovaries energy for other creative purposes. You will learn to use the Jade or Gem Eggs to strengthen pelvic muscles and cultivate ovarian power.

We will end the week with a Firewalk on the beach Friday evening!
